LONGi ONE combines LONGi’s commercial and industrial storage, as well as Utility portfolio, within one integrated system architecture designed for reliable, intelligent, and scalable energy management. Across all solutions, the focus remains the same: coordinated system control through in-house EMS, BMS, PCS and iCCS technologies, predictive cell-level safety monitoring, proven operational reliability with more than 13 GWh of deployed storage capacity and zero recorded thermal runaway incidents, intelligent energy optimization, and simplified deployment for industrial and hybrid energy applications.

From compact all-in-one systems to large-scale hybrid storage architectures, every LONGi ONE solution is developed to support stable operation, flexible expansion, and long-term energy resilience.

Introducing LONGi Block

LONGi Block is a new containerized solar power solution developed for locations where reliable electricity is required without permanent energy infrastructure. Available with up to 239.2 kW installed capacity, the system integrates Hi-MO X10 back contact modules with up to 650 W output and 24.1% efficiency within a transportable, foldable container design. LONGi Block can be deployed within just a few hours, making it suitable for construction sites, mining operations, agriculture, emergency response, remote communities, and temporary industrial facilities.

Back contact solar and storage within one intelligent energy architecture

Back contact technology and energy storage are increasingly developing into complementary parts of the same energy architecture. As solar generation becomes more decentralized and electricity demand more dynamic, the value of every generated kilowatt-hour increases. High-efficiency back contact modules support this transition by maximizing energy yield, improving performance under partial shading, and increasing generation within limited space. Storage systems then add the ability to manage, shift, and stabilize that energy intelligently across different load scenarios and operating conditions, supporting higher energy yields, improved economic returns, and greater operational stability.

C&I PV SOLUTIONS

Anti-Glare Pro for airports and highways

LONGi’s Hi-MO X10 Guardian Anti-Glare combines HPBC 2.0 back contact technology with micro-structured anti-glare glass to reduce total reflectivity to just 0.9%. TÜV Rheinland testing confirmed a Daylight Glare Probability (DGP) of 0.29 under EN 17037, classified as “imperceptible glare.” The module reaches up to 24.8% efficiency and 670W output while reducing glare luminance to 2,480 cd/m². In shaded conditions, hotspot temperatures are lowered by approximately 29°C and shading-related power losses reduced by more than 70% compared to conventional modules.

Lightweight for sensitive business roofs

This lightweight module is tailored for commercial and industrial roofs with structural limitations, including older buildings, warehouses, and other load-sensitive business facilities. At 16.3 kg and 7.2 kg per square meter, it is described as over 32% lighter than conventional single-glass modules, helping reduce roof load while maintaining high efficiency and mechanical stability.

Fire Resistant for highly sensitive areas

The Hi-MO X10 Guardian Fire-Resistant module integrates second-generation HPBC 2.0 cell technology with a multi-layered safety architecture designed to mitigate hot spots and direct current arcing in distributed photovoltaic applications. The module incorporates flame-retardant materials, reinforced junction box sealing, and high-temperature-resistant glass engineered for prolonged flame exposure. Internal laboratory testing exposed the module to temperatures approaching 1000 °C for up to 1.5 hours without structural burn-through. The product has also obtained TÜV Rheinland Class A fire classification and Fire Protection AAA certification for shading resistance.

At this year’s Intersolar, we’ll present four purpose-built Hi-MO 9 modules designed for demanding environments, from coastal corrosion and hail exposure to dust-heavy sites and low-maintenance installations. Each model combines LONGi’s TaiRay wafer BC technology with high efficiency, long-term reliability, and a 12-year product warranty plus 30-year linear power output warranty.

Hi-MO 9 HydroClear

HydroClear is optimized for lower maintenance and cleaner operation, using an anti-dust design that LONGi says delivers an average monthly power generation increase of 2% while reducing cleaning and maintenance frequency by over 30%. With up to 24.8% module efficiency and a reinforced encapsulation structure rated to 5400Pa front and 2400Pa rear load, it is a strong fit for sites where uptime and service savings matter.
